During the meeting, issues related to strengthening cooperation between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria in the fields of urban planning, sustainable development, and infrastructure were discussed. The parties also agreed to expand the exchange of experience in urban planning and to organize bilateral visits aimed at the implementation of green and smart solutions.
At the same time, Anar Guliyev invited the Bulgarian side to actively participate in the World Urban Forum, to be held in Baku in May 2026.
