SOCAR President Meets with King of Eswatini

On 19 May 2026, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf met with His Majesty King Mswati III of Eswatini, who is visiting Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, the importance of expanding dialogue between Azerbaijan and Eswatini in the energy sector for the development of future cooperation was emphasized.

During the discussions, the guest was provided with detailed information on SOCAR’s diversified activities in the energy sector, including oil and gas production, processing, transportation, gas supply and other operations, as well as projects implemented in the field of human capital development. In this context, the parties discussed the activities carried out within the framework of SOCAR’s global expansion strategy.

The meeting also covered opportunities for cooperation across various segments of the energy sector and other issues of mutual interest.
